Quality oatmeal, slow burning energy that last for hours. Bananas, low fat chocolate milk, a light pb&j sandwich on whole grain bread & some unsalted nuts get me through my work days just fine. Make sure you eat at least an hour before leaving work. Eat light & often through your work day to keep your energy stores up & running. Big meals few & far between mean big crashes in energy.
