Here is why I'm so impressed.
My own campaign was based on being fit for a fund raiser last August. I kept riding but my diet relapsed to at least some fast food and fewer veggies, milage dropped a bit and I'm slowly getting back on track and loosing weight again. Mileage is back to peak form and then some but I'm still pretty weak on diet.
I guess my weight loss is the result in behavior changes in exercise (almost all bike miles) account for 80% and diet is 20% of my progress. I rode 1000 miles last month for the first time since 1976!
