I have no specific mileage goals - my goals are really more centered on being able to wear smaller pants
. As it stands, my commute is 37 miles RT, so it is pretty easy to rack up the miles.
My plan is to only ride once a week for the next month or so - I still need a few recovery days inbetween rides - I could probably do every 4th day or so, and I am still inclined to pick the days with the best weather. Each time I ride, it seems just a little bit easier however.
