I am going back to wired -- unless you guys have a suggestion.

I could have bragged about my top speeds and can back it with photographs! MPH 70.3, 52.5, 36.8 (flats), My wireless has been giving false max and even current speed. I was climbing this hill which I can never go over 13 mph and there I was accelerating to 22 on the steepest part of the climb and then went back to reality. I know someone with the Cateye double wireless who had max speeds of 80 mph and RPM's up to 210.

Maybe it's just New Mexico with Big Brother high tech weaponry experiments happening all the time.

Any brand that's worthwhile? You know the battery (and transmitter) is heavier than the wires I guess I'll just buy a Garmin. I have an old truck as well where the speedo broke and cost a lot to replace the speedo plus you have to deal with DMV. Will a GPS cyclocomputer actually work on a vehicle as well?
