I just microwave about 1.5 cups of Oatmeal and soymilk for about 1.5 minutes. Bananas or Raisins etc. to spruce it up and it last a long time, and I don't get gassy (at least any more than usual) or even hungry for a couple of hours at least. It's the same breakfast that I have every day, but it's enough food that it keeps me going whether I'm riding hard or not.

Of course, I eat again immediately after most rides.
