Where did you buy them? I'm mostly a runner (with a cycling problem)- I buy inserts for my running shoes at a running store (also happen to be the same inserts I use for my ski racing boots, and probably cycling shoes I imagine, if I needed any)-- and they guarantee their products for return, used or not.
