Depending on your deifnition of "do everything" I might look at the stumpjumper instead of the enduro. More travel than a wheenie XC racer, but still efficient and climbable. But maybe you don't do a ton of climbing and like to take your bike to the lifts now and then, in which case, forget everything I just said.
I do know a couple of people who are very happy with their enduros (both 2007 models I beleive).
