I didnt' get the miles in nor did I get any weight loss. My ankle is still recovering from twisting it earlier in the month and unfortunately the ankle that had surgery 17 years ago is getting sore once and a while which is not good at all
I did however go for my first group ride a 200k that just happened to be my first ride of 100miles or more. So it was overall a pretty good month.
