I would suggest you move on. Any seller willing to cut ties with ebay leaves buyers with zero leverage. Better to get your money back. Thats one problem with buying from sellers with little feedback. They lose little/nothing and can reappear with a different user name. I have accumulated feedback over seven years and would do almost anything to keep my feedback clean, including giving a super deal (which I have done a few times).
