Fork has a P stamped on the back of the steerer tube, no other markings









It appears from the scratches on the paint to have had clamp-on downtube shifters but no stop is on the frame.

I was reminded by Cuda's Paramount of this frame hanging in the garage. I don't know what exactly to do with it. Should I build it up using Rivendell or Velo-Orange new parts, try to put together a group of period correct parts(1970, right?), or put 2008 Dura-Ace or Record all over it?

It definitely will be getting a new paintjob. I see no chrome in any of the chips and scratches on the frame and I doubt the gold is the original paint since the non-original fork and the included frame pump are also painted the same gold.
What size is it??
