That's a Modolo pad holder, and you need Modolo pad inserts. I have some sinterized ones, but they're not for sale.
You can buy pre-1990 Campy compatible pad inserts (like
these) and round one end off with a box cutter, but I'd recommend just replacing the pads with completely new ones. The Kool-Stop Campi 2000 won't look out of place.
ok, that makes sense... I didn't realize that the carrier brand would also be the pad brand.
