I stopped riding a few years ago and desparately want to get going again but am having difficulty with my own motivation. I am 52 years old, 6'3", 250. In the past I have ridden 9 centuries plus many, many shorter rides ranging from 20 miles to 75 miles. All at 235 +. Somehow never managed to get my weight any lower.
I live in Seattle, WA and the weather is finally improving.
I guess my question to all of you other Clydesdales is, what keeps you motivated? What got you on the bike and keeps you there?
