Fly Ti MTB with mods...
Fly Ti, new seat post (same Ritchey model, 400mm instead of stock 350mm), longer stem, new Conti Explorer 2.1 tires, 11-32 XT cluster. Brakes, shock dialed in, feels great, ready to rock.
