tina baby, last i heard, i could be wrong here so don't get all smart with me if i am, but i think bodybuilders to lots of reps. now....power lifters....the ones that are real big with not much definition...wonder what they do.
if you really want to know what training to do, start googling to find out what the australians do as far as training.
