KIDICAL MASS
North Park Blocks, NW 8th Ave & W Burnside St (Meet at the playground.)
6:00pm - 7:00pm, Meet at 6pm. Safety briefing 6:15, ride leaves 6:30 - no dilly dallying!
Kidical Mass hits Portland! Founded in Eugene in April 2008 by Shane Rhodes, of Eugene's Safe Routes to School program, and Paul Adkins of BikeFriday, this family friendly event is designed to draw attention to kids and families with the necessary reminder that kids are traffic too. This is a law-abiding easy ride in traffic on downtown streets. Helmets are required and decorations and bike bells are encouraged. There's no fee but bring cash because we're going for ice cream!
