I had this same problem in several places on my chain. I had a bike shop check the chain for stretch/wear and they said it wasn't. They did the sideways flex thing and relubed. About an hour later the links were kinking up again. I used a chain break to remove the chain then scrubbed down the chain in a parts washer and reinstalled. I then used the chain break tool to partially push out the pins on each stuck link and then reseated the pin. I had to do this a couple times on a few of the links. After lubing it again, the chain is now good as new.
