48:16, but my commute is moderately hilly, so i'm looking to drop some gear inches. my housemate swears by his 52:20 setup, which i've been thinking about switching to. however, i've got a fuji track with non-stock pretty much everything besides the crankset, which i'm fairly sure are 165mm, and on steep descends it becomes very apparent that the crank arms are too short, so i'm not sure i want to be spinning _more_ than i currently am. i don't really feel like getting a cheap crankset, but i've gotten the bike to where i don't really want to blow much more money on parts..decent cranks alone are probably worth more than the frame. should i suck it up and get nicer, larger cranks, buy mediocre, longer cranks, or just deal with it while spinning faster?
