Snow and ice on the ground. I don't have the appropriate equipment, so I don't ride in that crap. Yet.
A close second would be bitter cold. Sure, I have a balaclava and mittens and layers upon layers of thermals...but I still get cold! I'm fine except for those little bits of exposed or lightly-covered skin. Those freeze while the rest of me sweats.
