You can always try some other clubs as well. Here are few in the area that I know of or have ridden with:

http://www.actc.org <-- Large variety of rides, schedules, open to all (sign waiver). Age? eh.. hit or miss really..

I know there is more out there, and probably some more specific to your requirements, but those are the ones that come to mind for me, mostly because they have a pretty "open to all" option at some point.

You may want to check out the local university teams (Stanford, Santa Clara), to see if they run open programs in the summer, or switch to "club" style operation.
