The cxp30-33 are designed for bigger riders and rougher conditions. The CXP21-23's are a lighter based wheel and are going to be tougher to stay true for a clyde. I looked into them before I eventually went with my Velocity's. I almost went with the CXP33's, but they were a little bit more expensive.
I have some cxp30's. Just about identical to the Deep V in size. I think I've read they have internal eyelets where the Deep V doesn't. But I've had more luck wiht the V's. I think the 21-23' were the low profile aero rim, 23mm while the cxp 30'sa dn Deep V's are 300 high
