that's peculiar b/c there has to be a bunch of threads mentioning that rider, right?
I just tried it and several pages came up. I also tried limiting it to one single sub-forum and it still worked.

I tested the indexing yesterday and it worked just dandy with a post I just posted in foo. Can you be more specific about what you are searching for?
I will try to find out how often the site indexes of if it is done per post. I will let you guys know
