Mine doesn't have the clover leaf on it anywhere but I'm pretty sure it's not a racing frame. It has a braze-on on the left seat stay for a generator and little rings under the down tube for the wire from the generator to run thru as it goes from generator to the light on the front fender. The lugs are pretty heavy duty looking too. The fork is chrome with a flat fork crown.
