You mean a new rim, right? Is it because of the disposable society we live in that would suggest you need an entire wheel, or mechanical deficiency? You can do this. Buy the same rim so you can reuse the spokes. Lace it up. If you don't trust yourself, your lbs will look it over free when you're done and make minor adjustments for <15 bucks.
