www.nycc.org for more typical group / club rides. 5 Boro if you ride slow, NYCC "A" and "B" rides if you're faster.
actually, apart from the CM rides, I've found some cool nighttime riverside and central park rides on Time's Up, as well as last weekend's Coney Island ride. Your links are great took, thanks for posting them. i'm actually thinking of organizing a ride or two myself...
