It's that time of year to make easy money for the city coffers. Redondo Beach isn't the only city enforcing existing laws to balance the budget. Find ticketing the elderly on cruiser bikes going a bit too far...I mean how fast were they really going? Most of the cruiser bikes near the beach area are traveling a little faster than walking speed for the most part.
