I rode a 75k charity ride yesterday, and near the end, started having some problems with cramping. But I made it on in, got my free hamburger, and sat down to eat. Standing there by the table were a couple of young fit-looking guys who had come in from the 100k. And they were talking about having cramps. "Hot dawg!", I thought, "It's not just me!"
