Check with custom motorcycle shops in your area (not your local Harley billet barge dealer) and see if they do it in house or recommend someone. When you call the guy to inquire make sure to tell him that "Joe Chopperbuilder at whatever the name is choppers told me to contact you." I find that they will often hook you up if you are a referral from a good customer.

There is a guy I was dealing with a while back that was going to do a stretched Harley soft tail frame, rear swingarm and the springer front end for about $200 on a side project of mine. I checked with the same place before I bought a new bike about having my Diamond Back frame done and it was going to be around $60. However that was 2 years ago.
