I think the only real difference, without searching or anything, between the 07 and 08 One Ways is the paintjob. My LBS is selling them (07) for $450, so I would say that it is a pretty fair price.
[EDIT] The 08 also features a pre-softened Brooks saddle with matching bar tape. Those are nice and all, but really, I wouldn't shell out $150 for those features if essentially the same thing is available to you for less.
