Look, I have always loved listening to Phil's calls of races. He's the voice I hear in my head when I'm suffering up a climb (Oh, CyLowe has cracked!). But even as I recognize him as the voice of professional cycling (to most US viewers), I can also recognize that the quality of his calls has diminished. Phil gets a pass, though, as he has earned it. See the Podium Cafe post I linked above.
I hope you are not going to put me down because I don't agree with the opinion above that Paul/Phil are the best tandem in all of sport. Perhaps I was a bit snide when I insinuated SunSwingsLow doesn't watch much sports. That was not called for on my part. He's got his opinion, to which he is rightly entitled.
