well I dont know about wheelbuilding, but I did find a nice guy who went a little out of his way to help me today at a place called DeVore Cycles... The site ain't great, but it'll get you an address...

SCRANTR -- never had any wheels built in Cbus but Baer is the only place that advertises wheelbuilding. There is also a small shop called Once Ridden on Indianola and Tompkins, and I think they have a wheelbuilder there too...
Sidenote, is there a place in Westerville called the Westerville Bike Store? anyone know anything about it?

PS I have also tried out the Westerville Bike Source, and I am happy to report that in addition to being closer to me, they are nicer and more helpful people!
