Quebec to Forillon route suggestions

Hi all --

I'm now considering options for tours for summer 2009 (July). One of interest is Quebec to Parc National Forillon. Briefly, the route includes:

Quebec, follow the 138 to Baie-Comeau
Ferry from Baie-Comeau to St-Jerome-De-Matane
St-Jerome-De-Matane, follow 132 along north peninsula to Forillon.

A Google map below shows the route in general (specific riding through cities have not been planned).

This will be a fully loaded tour with plans to camp as often as possible.

Any thoughts or recommendations for alternations to this route? I've read that the north shore of the St. Lawrence north of Quebec is very scenic so that explains my interest in taking 138. Is this road bicycle friendly?

I've also read the northern section of the Gaspe Penisula is scenic hence my option for the 132 north. Any thoughts on that particular road?

Is stealth camping a suitable, possible option along these routes, or that frowned upon in this area?

Have any here experienced flying with bicycle from the Gaspe Airport? Any difficulties encountered?

It seems the route I have mapped follows little of the Route Verte, which is unfortunate, but given what I have read about this area, the routes I note above seem to be the more scenic. What are your thoughts?
