No I never realized that! I thought tubes were puncture resistant! Thanks for the heads-up!
Like I already stated in the post that you quoted, the tires get easier and easier to install each time. I had to remove them a few times because I punctured the tubes and each time it took me only a few minutes to get them on and off with the levers.
