Make sure the hub comes with the trim kit. Your dropout concerns are taken care of by various pair of anti-rotation washers (yellow for track, grey for vertical, brown for ?). This should be standard with the hub, but it depends on how you get one. I'm pretty sure the hub can be spaced from 120 to 135mm, so you should be good there. Good question about the road lever. I've only used the roller brake with the v-brake lever. A travel agent, cleverly rigged, might be the answer.
