So you felt better after you ate but only a bit? I'm not all that familiar with your diet but have you been cutting carbs and sugars? I'm not a doctor but I think you need a big ole carb load. You felt better after a chicken taco which had a bit of carbs in the shell, it might be a good night for a plate chicken alfredo, on top of the carbs your body could probably use the lipids. Carbs are brain food.
And to ask a stupid question, have you been taking a multivitamin?
