I just changed my elastomer on my Pantour hub fitted on the Speed Pro. US$11 - no big deal. Old elastomer broke after 700km. My impression of the hub is that yes, it does work slightly but fitting Big Apple tires is more effective. But if you are stuck with the Brompton or a Tikit, than this just may be your cup of tea.
