There was no map (just a list of turns), the road arrows were wrong, they ran out of food, much of the ride was on a trail going past sewage treatment plants and the like, it wasn't just organic (I'm great with that), it was also vegan (little harder to go with but OK) and there were no breads at all and nothing that was cooked... strawberries and melons just don't get you through 100 miles.

Exactly my thoughts. I did their Santa Cruz ride two years ago and I'll never go near any of their rides again.
