I get woken by the dog this morning to take him out. As I stumble out the door, leash in hand, I walk into crisp air freshened by yesterday's rain, beautiful sunrise and and grin.
I get to spend extra time in this today because its a bike commute day.
45 minutes of cruising through the bright cool morning, zipping down hills and dragging my butt up the other side. No better way to start the work day!
