Have gotten faster over the last few yrs, competing in duathlons until arthroscopic knee surgery in July. Trying to get back to my "normal". Getting stronger cycling, lifting, building core muscles and trying to do some running and swimming. Will probably never get back to duathlons and running races with the knee, but am considering competing in some TTs.
No competitions this past yr at all. Have done time trials, duathlons, centuries--English and metric in the past. Building up knee now, so I can do more of that next yr.
Usually ride 3-4 times/wk, haven't tracked mileage. Had been running 2-3 times/wk.
Will do as much as I can physically as I continue to heal from the surgery. Leg strength is almost even both legs, but limping for wks has messed up my hips and low back. (Broke a toe a month after surgery.)
