Hi, been on and off here a lot. I just got back on the bike again this summer after a 9 or 10 month lapse in activity. I had lost almost 70lbs just over a year ago while training for a TNT Century last year, but not long after that I started packing them on again. I ballooned back up to 268 from 209 when I did the Century.
Anyway, I finally got really pissed at myself again and started watching what I'm eating and hit the roads again. I've been doing this for a few weeks now and am down about 12lbs. I just got to remember to keep coming back here for motivation.
