You'd be hard pressed to find anything in a shop for that price now and probably not on Yahoo either. Not that he could buy from there very easily anyway if he's just visiting
In MOST tokyo shops you can expect to pay around 65,000 and up for anything decent. Mostly up.
I think person to person deals are your best bet if you can meet someone selling something.
Otherwise, bring something great to trade.
From what Ive seen in the past week, Punch Cycles is still having the best shop prices and they aint cheap by any means.
