i'm kinda thinking about ditching it. i might try some rice milk. i get lots of protein from other sources, so that's not an issue. i just need something to mix up whey protein shakes and use with cereal.
i'm not lactose intolerant, but my wife is so cow's milk just isn't here. it adds bodyfat to me anyway, even nonfat.
i mixed some whey powder and a little peanut butter with water today to try it and it was...watery. drinkable, but not nearly as good tasting.
anyway... i know, i know, htfu.
