Thanks guys! When I applied the WD-40 I did mostly use a twisting motion to try to break it free. I had another bike in the past that was stuck much longer than this one, and I was able to break it free without too much trouble, so I didn't think this one would be such a problem. I'll take off the seat as suggested and try pounding on it a little and use some liquid wrench on it.
