What sucks......
I can't do the Tri at the end of the month! I'm currently off the bike and back on a cane. I stepped into a hole yesterday and screwed my knee on a cross country run.
Severe pain on the outer side of the knee. I have an appointment with the Ortho doc next week, soon as the swelling goes down a bit.
