I do 25 to 30 miles every other day. On the off days I do errands and sometimes grocery shopping by bike. I was riding every day but with some of the other activities I do my legs and knees were always sore and we decided I have been pushing it a bit too much. But I am slowly getting back in shape and when the legs stop hurting I will add some more days of 20 mile rides, even if the off days are going to be on graded dirt.
