Remember PotatoSlayer did indicate he would only use the bike for shorter deliveries. I'm not sure where you are located, but weather would play a huge factor. Making a 2 mile delivery in Nebraska in the dead of winter would result in a frozen pizza. Hey maybe a hotplate could be set up with a bike generator....kidding.
