Stumpjumper fork sizing
Hello,
I'm building up a MTB, based around a 1994 Specialized Stumpjumper frame. My LBS tells me I need a 1 1/8" fork, but I'm confused as to what this actually means.
Craigslist, eBay, and the BF for-sale threads are my parts sources. Will a 1" stem and 1" fork work in this frame? They seem to be easier to find. I assume I'd need to find some sort of adapter, but I'm not sure how to measure all this.
