Xootr = Scooter; maybe with a bit more of a 'z' than an 's'. Not that hard I wouldn't say.

Xootr is pronounced "scooter"? Is that something like the guy who spells his name Jones but says you pronounce it Smith?
They should have wrote "Scooter Swift" on it in the first place if that's what they wanted to call it. That's a pretty good name, too, except it's a bike not a scooter.
