I have a Joe Blow Sprint. After having a cheap target-brand pump, a nashbar with a broken gauge, and a specialized that wouldn't pump presta cause the head sucked, the Joe Blow is great. Lots of people love them - they're bulletproof and pump easy. I got mine from Nashbar for about $40 - I doubt you'd need much more than it, the Turbo and Pro are basically the same with fancier looking handles and stuff.
