ok i just checked my email confirmation and it does say : 2008 Dahon Curve D3 3-speed Folding Bike 016 / RED
but when i get it...how do i make sure it is the 2008 model and not the 2007 model? if i get the 2007 model..i guess i get my lawyer right to work.
