I may need to do jury duty at the Burbank Courthouse (3rd and Olive). Was thinking of riding over (live in Northridge) but don't want to leave the bike outside locked to a regular rack. I called the courthouse and the woman on the phone said she didn't know where I could put the bike, but I figured I'd throw up this Hail Mary to see if anyone on the forum works there or otherwise knows of something that could work.
